Fantastic session. Solid and steady as always. Did you feel anything different at all? I have found that as my squat sessions continued, I was feeling things in different areas etc - starting to actually sense when my core was required and all that. Anyway, these sessions are great and lay a solid foundation for the future :)

This was the best feeling squat session I've had. Somehow it felt like my balance was better, and I had the feeling of pushing up and a little forward and that felt like a good groove, and I felt a little bit of push with the front of my foot. Overall, it felt great. Legs very tired after.

@@Schismarch Great work! I always aim to feel some kind of progress on each session and that is not always "more weight on the bar". Feeling something different as you have described is definitely way more important than what the weight was. These sort of things set the foundation for real progress - great stuff :)
