Minimum income threshold for 491 is a one big lie people utter who never visited immi 191 pr page that clearly says "There is no minimum income requirement for the Permanent Residence (Skilled Regional) visa (subclass 191). Primary applicants must provide notices of assessment issued by the Australian Taxation Office (ATO) for three income years out of the five years of their eligible visa. Primary applicants who have already lodged should ensure their application provides these three notices."

Hi Traci, I loved the way you discuss the topics and news related to immigration and visa process. I have an important inquiry regarding my visa situation. I have been granted a Subclass 476 visa and intend to relocate to Australia. Simultaneously, I have submitted an application for a 491 visa nomination. I would like to inquire about the possibilities in two different scenarios. Firstly, if I receive a 491 invitation to lodge a visa application within 60 days, would I be able to enter Australia on my Subclass 476 visa and subsequently lodge my 491 visa application within Australia by taken in account that I have been nominated as a offshore applicant? How would this impact my nomination? Secondly, after receiving the nomination, if I lodge my 491 visa application from my home country, would my Subclass 476 visa be ceased, thereby preventing me from entering Australia on the 476 visa until the 491 visa is granted?

Hey Traci, thanks for the update. Just a quick question, With EOI, and created an account on 'Live in Melbourne' page, it doesn't seems to show under Eligible Visas the "The ROI for Victoria Nominations subclass 190 and 491" at the moment, does it? I'm aware 2022-23 financial year ends last month, but shouldn't it now show-up this visa type for application for 2023-24 already on this page? Any idea? Thanks / Sean

Hi! thanks for the video. Very informative. How many times can I submit a EOI? Let´s say I am just interested in this visa and I want so see if I am eligible by submiting an EOI. Then I get a positive response, and I get invited to apply for the visa. However, I decide not to apply, beacuase I am not sure what I am going to do... Is that a good idea? Or I am going to miss the opportunity to subit a new EOI in the future for the same visa? Thaks again!
