1 you must be working with your applied skill 2 your skills will be assessed 3 competent in English However majority are competent Expected to be Ielts 6 minimum Victoria (8 minimum) 4 fun part:be invited by the actual state (to lodge this visa) 5 state requirementsare different nSW is quite different & stricter than others (launch expression of interest and wait to be invited) Good parts stay in NSW in this job for 3 months Victoria 1. lodge expression of interest & 2. Registration of interest Now requirements changed off shore applicants can apply (although they'll be picked Last-better than not being picked at all) 3 required exp year: 3 year experience Now hardest part: above elidgible after date "deemed skilled" (I. E. After 1 whole professional year Won't count time working & studying as a real experience ) I. E Professional experience 3 years = Finished degree mid year & started working on the spot Now can claim 2 years of work experience Date deemed skilled required= required also whole 1additional year IE. Started 2work 1st 2023 if still working 2024, count 1 professional year Then start count OK no deemed skilled afterwards Good parts one received a reply on your application it's safe

IT or software engineer is not a non - critical occupation in australia , while accounting is non - critical

I know that in some states if you are leafy live in Australia, you must first live in that study, therefore, you know what states does not have that requirement

Hi Traci, What is the probability of getting an invite for 190 for the below, Mechanical engineer with 4 years 10 months experience, IELTS 7.5. I am expecting to get IELTS 8.0 in the next test that I sit. I'll probably have 85 points when that is done.
