Hi mam... My brother's wife filled false 498a and other cases on me and my wife wherein we are residing away from her the day she got married to my brother. Since we have all the legal proof that we are staying away and having no concern with the matrimonial dispute we filled 482 crpc in high court where we got stay on first hearing itself. Now when she came to know about this she is ready to compromise and asking us to take baila nd settle the matter.but I don't want to take bail since I know we are innocent and will win the case for sure. My question is will she able to settle it with my brother and even if high court put stay on her case? And will my brother get bail even if case is under stay. ???Pls answer
