Do you have a lot of boxes to be stocked like this during morning hours or this is something ulta does specifically at night so that customers do not see the chaos? If some products left with no place to stock do you try to be creative and get them on the shelf or do you just take them back to storage room? And by the way do you sell to customers or it is not your job? I hope you answer all my three questions; I own a beauty shop in my country and would like to learn from you! Thank you

I don’t work there anymore but when I first started I only worked like 15 hours a week and then eventually they had me at like 30+ hours a week but tbh it’s fluctuated a lot bc the hours depended on how much the store made the week before

Technically I worked mainly in the front but I liked working in the back bc I didn’t have to talk to customers 😭And I’m pretty sure every employee got all the same benefits! Also I didn’t ask permission to record myself and I didn’t even tell them I had a KZbin channel 💀💀 so who knows what they would’ve said if I actually asked lmaooo
