27:42 the final final review ... she actual finishes doing her hair ( mind you she gave a bad review on just a rollerset without separation shaping n styling ) and then does a switcharoo n says her hair came out cute and lasted 7 days 😂... not bashing just pointing out the fact that she expected bad results n kinda gave up ... i wish she would of finished her hair completely cuz if you stop video prior to this youd think the product was meh ( n yes her frohawk came out cute wish i could of seen more of it ).

My hair the same way. No matter how much I have stripped out everything, all deep conditioners jus sit on my hair, even alit of leave-ins. But eventually it soaks in after it dries. I'm trying to find 2 brands that my hair luv: my main staple, and then something I can fall back on when I run out of my staple. I'm waiting on my 4C order, and I'm excited to try the brand "Urban Hydration Honey".

@@BreezysPuffs ur welcome sis🥰 I tried the Urban Hydration. It makes my hair shiny n soft too, but not as soft as 4C only (o yeh I finally got my order n tried it). Both brands gave me flakes, 4C flakes was bad, left a hard cast on the top layer. All 4C products was very moisturizing on my hair. I believe I used too much leave in or styling cream, so imma try it again using less to see if the flakes still exist. After spritzing water on my hair it became soft again. It was soft inside my twist tho, but the top layer was just hard. I still luv 4C mainly because it's for us🤷🏾‍♀️ n it moisturize my hair

Yes I use to like TGIN deep conditioner as well but I think something changed as well because it’s not the same on my hair either. I do my deep conditioner like a wash n go to or like I’m putting in a relaxer🤦🏾‍♀️😂. Can’t stand when a product leaves my hair feeling like that. Overall the products seem ok. Thanks for this detailed review. The style was cute. Loved it.

Never heard of this brand this sounds interesting! I love a moisturizing shampoo, and a thickety thick DC. I do wonder what they do differently for 4c. Is it just more prone to dryness? I would think porosity, density, coarseness and less curl pattern would be relevant so wonder if that is largely marketing lol but either way, marketing is necessary! It’s awesome that they have targeted this curl pattern. Shame about the leave-in :/

I'm just wondering if it was waxy feeling and flaky due to the fact that you didn't really let the leave in soak into your hair with any heat present knowing that you're low porosity? However if you don't usually need to do that, what are your normal leave in's ?

It appears that the product was sitting on top of your hair. You must be low porosity. Don't give up on the leave- in and styling cream. Next time try applying the products in the shower. The steam of the shower keeps your hair cuticle open allowing the product to melt into your hair. I’m posting my 4c only review this Friday at 12 noon. You are using tooo much of the product... the product is very thick and doesn't require a lot... your hair should be soaking wet and the products will spread and soak into your hair sweetie ❤❤
