I was going to use Yaris coils on my 5e, but after some research I went the r8 route because good quality NGK or Denso ones are very affordable and easy to get, plus they have more output (vs the yaris coils). I cannot recall where the k20 coils fall in the price and output spectrum. I do remember r35 coils were the ultimate (but 10times the cost PER coil)

I asked them for a 5efe and they told me 2930 MYR for the intake and fuel rail you have to convert it to wether you have Australian dollars or usd or whatever you use
