4G Intelligent Solar Energy Camera ( red light, not operaiting)

Hi, My camera after 6 hours of working stoped. Now it shows only red light. Tryied everything, sim card ir working, battery fully charged. When I turning on camera, everytime it shows red light. For piering it needs a blue light. No blue light coming for me. Tried to hold reset button for 2 mins and two sims cards still the same. Maybe someone have this problem? I saw that some peoples have the same problem. (Sorry for my english).

I have two cameras that stopped on the same day with a red light... I think it was the ubox application that stopped them, knowing that the two cameras are of two different types and from different companies, but I use the same application

Mine has same issue tried everything nothing, i press the reset button and it just shows some green light and go back to the red indicator light any one with useful info on how to fix it, mine is just a month old

I have similar 4G model and trying to use it without SIM card, but only with WIFI. I'm trying to set up but can't make it yet. Does anyone know the 4G connectivity is the requirement of this device and can't work only with WIFI mode?

Hi, put a little A4 paper behind the SIM Card to make sure that the SIM Card touching the plate, Then you good to go 👍🏻

Hi. we have the same problem, but also do not know what to do. It worked for three months and when we changed the SIM card the red light showed up....forever ahahahahhahaaha any comments or thoughts?

i fixed mine by pressing and releasing the reset button several times until I heard the "Camera Reset" prompt from the unit, then I went to add it again to the app as a new device and voila it is working again.

Check the solar panel, u need to install batteries for it because it came without batteries from the seller

My camera just had the same red light issue. I installed a new sd card and it was all fixed. Try a brand new sd card . It worked for me

Hi sir i was having same problem.. I fixed by luck few hours ago.. . Try to switch off the button.. Keep pressing the reset button dont remove ur finger from reset button and switch on button.. Keep pressing the reset button until u hear it says ur device is reset..

Than after that go to ubox app.. Dont choose the last option which shows solar camera.. Try to chose fiest option which shows u home camer logo.. From their write ur wifi name and password it will show u the barcode bring the barcode feom ur phone near the camera it will connect

ces camera sont des scams!! il ne fonctionne pas parce que le vendeur n'a pas de contrat avec la société proprio du server et il block la camera. il faut changer de firmware totalement ou en fabriqué une de A à Z.

I fixed it by putting the sim card in a cell phone, waiting for it to go from H signal to 4g signal and then putting it in the camera again. It is not practical, but it is a solution. Next time I'm going to try putting the manual APN when I have the camera within my reach and I'll keep trying.

Your problem will be solve with this solution. 4G Solar camera red light error 1. Switch off the camera, remove SIM card and SD card. 2. Open the camera 3. Remove the white data cable. 4. Switch on the camera 5. Press reset button for 5sec 6. Connect the white data cable. 7. Switch on the camera 8. Press the reset button for 5 sec, then you will ear that the camera has been reset. 9. Now you can put your SIM card again and configure your camera.

When you say open the camera, do you mean dismantle the camera? Where is the white data cable located

Didn't work. I followed all the steps, disconnected white data cable, no result. I think something is wrong with the cameras ability to reset, reset button simply not working.

regarding your recent problem. 1. The red and blue indicators flash alternately，the device does not detect the SIM card: ① Please confirm whether the sim card has cellular data. ②Please confirm that the SIM card has been inserted correctly (check whether you install it upside down) ③If the PIN is enabled on the SIM card, please insert the SIM card into the mobile phone to disable the PIN code, and then insert the device to try again. 2,If still not working, probably there is a problem with sim card: ① It’s better use the sim card come with the camera. If you are using it, please provide the sim card number to me, I will check it further in our system. ② If you're using a SIM card you bought yourself. Please provide APN information, we provide you with APN modification files. 1)Which country did you use the camera in? 2)Install a SD card to the device, power on the device for 10 minutes, remove the SD card and through a card reader install to the computer, send us the log file inside.(TF card 4-32G, TF card must be formatted into FAT32 format) 3)Please put this sim card on your Android phone and open your phone's settings to search for APN，please refer to the attached picture, provide me the information:Name/APN/MCC/MNC/username and password/authentication type /APN type. (If you are using iPhone,please find the information on the website of sim card or inqure customer service)
