Hadiths In Praise of Sahabas (ra) In Shia Books: 1. Qumi in his tafsir, “Tafsir Qumi” narrates from Abi Abdullah: “When the prophet (sws) was in the cave, he (sws) said to Abu Bakr (ra), “I see the ship of jaffar in the river with his companions. And likewise i see the ansar. Abubakr (ra) asked can i also see? The prophet (sws) said , “yes”. Abubakr asked how? The prophet did masah with his hands on abubakr’s eyes. Thus, abubakr saw what the prophet saw. Then, the prophet turned to abubakr and said, “You are siddique.” Tafsir Qumi, 1/289 2. Abdul azeem hassani narrates from Ali bin mohammad bin Ali al riza and he narrates from his father and granfather and they narrated from Hassan bin Ali (ra) that the prophet (sws) said: “ Abu bakr is beloved to me to the level of hearing, Umar to the level of sight and Uthman to the level of heart.” Alburhan 565, 4/564 3. Imam Reza (ra) was asked about the prophetic hadith, “My companions are like stars. Whomever you refer to, you’ll be guided.” Imam said, “This hadith is weak, but its meaning is inshallah correct.” Then he was asked about another prophetic hadith, “Leave my companions to myself. Do not annoy them. Do not slander them”. Imam (ra) said, “Its authentic.” Ayon Akhbar al reza lil-Qami 2/87

Jazakum Allahu Khairan Katheeran. "...Wa Aliyun Maula." Ali Ibn Abu Talib AS was the only legitimate and Rightful Successor as designated by the Messenger of Allah himself SAS. Some of the most meritorious, indisputably prominent and distinguished characteristics and status of Ali AS over and above ALL the other Sahabas can be highlighted as follows: 1. Ali AS was brought up in the household of the Prophet SAS from the tender age of 10 when the Prophet SAS was then 30 years old, 10 years before Revelation and never worshipped idols, unlike the rest of the Sahabas. 2. Dawatul Ashira - 609 when Ali AS was the first male at 23 years old who openly declared acceptance of Islam directly to Prophet SAS, while the other paternal blood relatives declined. Refer to 26:214. The Prophet SAS then referred to him as "Akhi", "Wasi" and "Khalifa". 3. Lailat Mabit - 622 when Ali AS readily and happily risked his life for the Prophet SAS by agreeing to sleep in his SAS's bed for the Hijrah, at the assasination plot to kill the Prophet SAS by the tribesmen. Refer to 2:207. 4. On the Hijrah from Makkah to Madinah, the Prophet SAS left Ali AS in charge of executing the Amana by returning the valuable possessions of some Makkans kept with the Prophet SAS back to the people as a Sacred Trust. 5. The Prophet SAS then gave Ali AS another Sacred Trust to take the three Fatimas - Fatima Zahara AS, his own mother Fatima and Fatima, daughter of Hamza safely to join the Prophet SAS in Madinah and single-handedly valiantly fought off attackers on the journey. 6. A few months upon arrival in Madinah, the Prophet SAS ordered the Muhajireen to each choose an Ansar as his brother to cement brotherhood, but he SAS did not request Ali AS to do so. Neither did the Prophet SAS himself do likewise. Instead, he SAS held Ali AS's hand and declared him as his SAS brother to affirm their special and unique relationship in this world and the Hereafter. Refer to 59:9. 7. Marriage to Fatima AS - 624 when Ali AS was choosen to marry the daughter of the Prophet SAS, while Abu Bakr and Umar RA were refused. Ali AS was the paternal cousin of the Prophet SAS, son-in-law and closest confidante and their house was the only door left open to Masjid Nabawi when all others were ordered closed. 8. Battle of Badr - 624 when Ali AS put down more of the enemies than any other from among the 313 ill equipped Muslims against some 1,000 strong and better equipped enemies of Makkah. 9. Battle of Khaibar - 629 when Ali AS brought an astounding victory to the Prophet SAS. After Abu Bakr and Umar RA failed to do so before him on two separate attempts, the Prophet SAS made an amazing statement: "Tomorrow Allah will send a man who loves Allah and His Prophet and Allah and His Prophet love him too. He will deliver Khaibar to me." 10. Battle of Hunain - 630 when the army of 12,000 fled the arrows in the valley by the Hawazin and Thaqif of 24,000 strong against the Prophet SAS, while only 8 distinguished Companions remained with the Prophet SAS, not including neither Abu Bakr, Umar nor Uthman RA. Ali AS brought final victory to him SAS at Hunain. 11. Ghazwat Tabuk - 630 when the Prophet SAS left Ali AS in charge of Madinah and likened him to himself SAS as Aron was to Moses AS as Nabi and Successor. Refer to 13:7. 12. Ghadeer Khumm - 632 on the 18th of Zul Hijjah after the Farewell Hajj, when the Prophet SAS explicitly and publicly declared Ali AS his SAS's Successor and those present openly congratulated him, including Abu Bakr and Umar RA. 13. Mubahala - 632 when the Prophet SAS entered into Divine Curse with the Christians of Najran to prove the Truth. The Prophet SAS took along with himself only Ali, Fatima, Hasan and Husain AS as his family to confront the Christians. Refer 3:61. 14. Kisa - 632 when the Prophet SAS took only Ali, Fatima, Hasan and Husain AS under his cloak at the Revelation of Ayat Tathir, 33:33, as the only members of Ahlul Bait. He excluded others even though it happened in the house of Umm Salama RA who expressly requested to be included. 15. This highlights the superiority of Ali AS over all the other Sahabas, when the Prophet SAS declared: "I am the City of Knowledge and Ali is the Gate." 16. Consider why the Prophet SAS, at his death bed, when he SAS ordered everyone, including Abu Bakr and Umar RA who refused to join Usama bin Zaid's Army against the Romans but particularly insisted that only Ali Ibn Abu Talib AS alone should remain with him SAS in Madinah.

If success can be achieved with the help of this argument and if has got a grain of truth in it then according it ,we and not you deserve the caliphate. Your taunts against me go a long way to prove that in reality there was no election, it was a coup d' etat followed by brutal force which decided the fate of caliphate by making it neither hhereditary nor elecctive but possessive. I have no desire to go in to these details but you brought in the subject and I was forced to explain a few points about it. Then you have referred to the murder of Usman, and declaring yourself to be his relative , you claim vengeance and blood ( and want me to arrange for it as if I was responsible for the murder). I want say something about the insinuation and false propaganda carried on by you in this respect my reply to you is that first of all you should try and find out who was the arch - enemy of uthman . Can the arch enemy of uthman be he who offered his help and services to uthman and uthman refused to have any thing to do with him and told him plainly to go and sit at home as his help was not required and his services were not needed or the worst enemy of uthman is he whom uthman asked to come to his succour and who purposely and intentionally delayed the help and allowed the events to take their course till what was to happen no these two persons cannot be considered in the same category. I swear by the omniscient Allah that he very well knows everything as He says in Holy Book " ALLAH certainly knows the people who put obstacles in the path of those who wanted to go to war and also to those did not stay to face a battle. " ( QURAN, 33: 18) ,I do not want to offer any excuse for having objected to his introducing innovations in religion. If my objections to the introduction of innovation and my advice to him to give it up was considered by him a sin committed by me, then I do not attach any importance to his opinion, because well- wishers are often blamed, and their good advice is misconstrued but they do their duty to man and religion. Allah in the Holy Book repeats the saying of a prophet which appropriately represents my position. He says, " I only intend to reform you as much as I can. My success lies with Allah. I have faith in Him and trust in his help. ( QURAN, 11: 88 ). Then you have tried to frighten me by saying that there is nothing with you for me and my companions but your sword. Well Mu'awiya! You made the people laugh at your words, they were feeling very sad and depressed at the standard of mental depravity exhibited by you . When did you find the sons of Abdul Muttalib( the grandfather of the Holy prophet (s) and imam Ali (a)) timid con facing finger enemies or getting afraid of brandishing swords? Just wait a little , you will in the near future have to face the attack of a brave soldier. He will shortly invite you for the encounter you are desiring for. The thing which you apparently wish for is not as far away as you imagine to be. I am coming towards you with an army of Muhajirs, Ansar and those companions who have sincere faith in me. Theirs is a powerful congregation. Their movements will raise huge clouds of dust ( indicating the strength of thearmy). They are prepared to die or to kill. They believe that the best that could happen to the is to receive the Blessing of the Lord by their good deeds. Son of those Warriors who routed your clan in the battle of Badr is with them. The sword of Bani Hashim are with them . And you have already realized the sharpness of these swords when your brother, your maternal uncle, hour grandfather and kinsmen were killed ( those people were killed BY imam Ali (a) in the battle of Badr and uhud). These swords are now nearing the despots who have tyrannized the Muslim world. End of Letter, ( Najal Balagha).

He’s not backing anything up with historical fact. It’s like he just knows like he witnessed everything. Sunnis state majority of their material on Hadith and then the Shia say Hadith is made up. If they base everything on Hadith..find the Hadith where it says that the Prophet said I leave my Quran and Sunnah. You won't. It says I leave behind the Quran and, my Ahul Bayt(Family). Prophet has said in Mulsim and Bukhari If I am the City then Ali is the Gate. Not Abu Bakir, Not Omar not Uthman. Another Hadith: whoever angers Fatima, anger me and whoever angers me angers Allah. Muslim and Bukhari. Imam Ali is Haider is Muslim and Bukhari. Prophets say that Haq is with Ali and Ali is the Haq. .Mic Drop.................!!!!

And well done on willing to hear the shia side of Siffin The Sunni books clearly state the hadith about ammar bin yasir r.a being killed by infidels - do you agree with that fact ? Now is your confusion whether Muawiya is good or bad ? Or are you believing the sunni ulemas that say he did a mistake or that both parties were right in their own way ? Do either of those statements register to you logically ? That’s all you need to be asking yourself my brother Also if it’s still unclear then just remember Allah’s name is Al Adl - what justice is there if the killer and killed are both in paradise ? Especially when the prophet said in the sunni hadith that ammar will be killed by infidels ? So if we now say that both parties will be pardoned then we ought to refuse the hadith of the prophet or we have to accept that prophet wasn’t really foresighted and today’s days. Ulemas are more foresighted to say that both sides will be pardoned Also remember Allah makes very clear for us Haqq or baatil there is no grey area - so if we look at Siffin there’s either haqq on side and baatil on the other There simply cannot be a grey side that what if God forgave them later - if we follow that theory then it leads the confusion which you are facing my brother

The stuff he's saying is from historical and documented books by past Shia and some sunni scholars. I am also sometimes skeptical about his statements so I fact check him and he's always right. I do end up finding the sources. So I would suggest you do the same.

To be fair, I don't see any Sunni saying they would have fought against Ali R.A. in those battles, but rather alongside him. It is not as if Sunnis support Muawiyah, but rather that he was a Muslim, despite our (shared) opinions on his questionable actions, and he was also the cousin of Ali R.a. and Mohammad s.a.w. and a companion, a Sahibi. Nevertheless, great lecture, Imam! You're certainly of the knowledgeable Shia in this Ummah.

Assalamualaikum, For the hundredth time, read just please. Tattoos permanent or temporary don't put any hindrance to wudhu or ghusl because they're done under the epidermis(outermost layer of skin. You can look the procedure of tattoos on internet, it's just there) so everything is in order, Prayers, ritual purity and faith. Have an open mind in order to learn.
