Fantastic 👏👍. I’m having my trooper looked at right now. The wiring harness clips have snapped while removing 🤦‍♂️🙄. Just ordered new harness. Someone had been in there before and ‘white wired’ the blooming thing 😡. Very educational to watch... I’m not even going to attempt anything like this but still interesting to watch 👍👏

The oil in the jack that goes into the four injecter fills the jack. That's because the engine won't start. What's the reason?

ronaldomz Thanks for the links - I have been to most 4JX1 sites to obtain as much accurate information as I can. A friend & I have done a few of these RPCV's now, and they make a world of difference to the overall performance and experience of the $JX1 engine. We used a 1 1/8" Deep Socket with 1/2" drive to 'crack' the RPCV nut, then we used a modified 1 1/8" ring spanner to remove RPCV completely. But depending on circumstances this can take up to 3hrs to complete the job. I'm looking at getting a 1 1/8" ratchet ring to try, to see if we can speed up the process, which will allow us to do RPCV cleaning as easy as an oil & filter change.

hi Jeff, no problems ! still with the Trooper. I didn't change the injectors. I change the O-rings on the injectors and on the injector sleeves + the cooper-ring. you should do this as a normal maintenance procedure every 70,000 to 80,000km or when you find coolant on the diesel filter / diesel on the radiator.
