Awesome neighborhood walk PE! The video is very informative. I never knew Pullman looked this great. Such a fascinating piece of history. Thanks for sharing such a remarkable piece of history inside of a neighborhood that is only known as poor. I really love your channel and the work you do. Please keep going and continue to show the communities 🫶🏻

Is this post apocalyptic? Where are the people?

It is 12 degrees outside. This is how Chicago is in reality when it is cold outside. Everyone is indoors - either in their homes or inside of the coffeehouse 😊

We have to wait until the spring to come outside. It has been between -1 and 15 degrees real feel. No one is outside at the moment unless you’re really traveling to work and the grocery store. It is supposed to warm up a bit but really this is how some areas are in Chicago. We don’t really hang out in the neighborhood. Unless there’s an event - open bars/restaurants - block parties and etc. you will see people in downtown Chicago but that’s not how our neighborhoods are in actuality. That’s just Chicago. Summertime might be a bit different especially on the north and west parts of the city but it is the norm here. And to add that it is extremely cold 🥶
