Pretty incredible. I read there was a 3 1/2 hr ground stop. Must have been a ton of aircraft backed up! Fascinating video. Crazy weather day.

I was in Florida these last 7 days and nights when this storm struck on this day. I was staying in the city of Melbourne though. On this day, I was at the Kennedy Space Center visitors complex. But it did rain in Satellite Beach and in the surrounding areas of where I was. It was mainly light rain though where we were. No lightning and thunder. That happened on the Thursday before this day. There was even a small tornado that struck in a Melbourne neighborhood. We had a very small rain shower at Melbourne International Airport right before my flight departed. But it didn't cause any delays for us because it stopped before we took off. Neat video here though!
