Daman is the capital of the Indian Union Territory of Dadra and Nagar Haveli and Daman and Diu. This municipal council is located in the Daman district of the union territory.
Daman The river Ganga divides Daman into two parts - Nani-Daman (Nani means "small") and Moti-Daman (Moti means "big"). Despite the name, Nani-Daman is the larger of the two areas, while the old city is mainly in Moti-Daman. It contains important institutions such as major hospitals, supermarkets and major residential areas. Vapi, Gujarat is the nearest town from Daman.

THIS footpaths are 90 % international standards atleast 10000 percent better than all of india . Just look how the footpaths are not tall and have plantation , bolards , ramps etc . This should br applied all over india . And standardize the design

Looks good. It will be better when the planted shrubs, plants, and trees grow. Right now it lacks greenery which is not good. Shame on people walking on the road even when there is a nice foot path.
