You arrive from MCI at one end, departing DAL going home to MSY on the opposite end of the terminal! That DL A319 next door, probably going to ATL, thinking that Alaska and Delta share that one gate since SWA controls everything else. Noticed just after the engine kicked on, could see the shadow of the rudder moving! The pilot must've gotten immediate clearance for takeoff, can hear Ground Control saying "Hurry up dude! Time's a' wastin!" And away you go, no fuss, no muss! A relaxed sigh from you, home is just an hour away!
