@@lauraharambasic5278 Yes. At the end, with the huge boulder, you drop down. It isn't as scary and you should be safe and it's quite thrilling. If anh of your family members aren't in a good condition or in that good of health, might want to skip this. In my opinion, this is the best thrill ride :)

I remember hearing a rumor years ago that pulling on the rope used to make the ceiling in an earlier part of the queue lower an inch or so before going back to normal (the part with the spikes), but it may have been removed for safety reasons. Whether its a rumor or true, it still sounds pretty cool.

A few years ago I didn’t even know this ride existed. Until my aunt pointed it out and said that it was really fun. So she brought me and my family to the line and I honestly expected it to be some sort of small show or kitty ride. I thought this because she turned down riding most of the more intense rides at Disneyland. The further we progressed down though waiting line, the more and more I was like, “wow what a grandiose waiting line for a kitty ride,” LOL. And then I finally rode it and was shocked out my mind. Thank you Aunt Melinda for showing me this ride. It’s one of the best.

Man, I remember the last time I rode it we were a couple hours away from closing and the last ride we haven't gotten on was this one. We get there only to see there's a long line with an hour wait until luckily we see a lady walk to us wondering if we were gonna go in, and she gave us 6 fast pass tickets just for this ride (we were about 5 people plus someone else) and of course we took it without hesitation! Every time I rode it I cant help but just act along with the other riders like everyone has in this comment section; it's just tradition at this point. Hoping to go to Disneyland again soon someday!

Many people who are afraid of coasters do this because there aren't any loops or drops, They don't get as motion sick because they aren't watching a film that can get out of sync with some simulators, and they are so distracted by the action they don't realize how rough it is. It's like riding Kilimanjaro safari at WDW, or its sister ride Dinosaur also in AK

I remember my mom took me and my best friend to Disneyland the summer if the year this ride opened (1995). We waited 4 hours in line to ride this. But, it was worth it. This and Pirates of the Caribbean are still my two favorite rides at Disneyland.

Strangely enough, that's how it's supposed to be. They have it so each ride is different than your last, not just counting the beginning either. As you said both the fire and lasers have a chance of showing up. I wish I could remember more, but I do believe there are more small details like this at Anaheim.

This has always been my favorite ride as a kid. Ever since I was 9 when i was introduced to Indiana Jones (which is my favorite movie franchise), I always dress as Indiana Jones when I go to Disneyland every year and I always sit in the drivers seat of the ride. I never stopped these traditions and have been doing it for 10 years now.

it used to be wayyy faster but they slowed it down and i noticed it when i returned to this ride. Maybe to keep it running properly but it’s still without a doubt my fav ride. I’ve been on it almost 50 times and i rmbr how it was back in 2011. Still my fav!!! They should renew/remaster it like they did with Jurassic world ride in universal studios since we have the new indy movie on the way next june

I was extremely disappointed that I couldn't go on this ride with my parents last year in October, because I had a back spasm. The rules say that you aren't allowed to board this ride if you have back problems, so my parents and I decided to go on rides that reduce back spasms. This year in May, it's closed again for refurbishment. Unknown reasons haven't been revealed yet. The Haunted Mansion isn't so bad. The Hatbox Ghost is back.

This is one of the few attractions that looks meh on KZbin but amazing in real life! My family and I went to Disney land last year for the first time ever and I had seen the ride on KZbin. I am one of the biggest Indiana Jones fans. It just felt like it was lacking something. But when I went on the ride, it captured the thrills and fast adventure from the movie! This attraction is amazing! I still like dinosaur better though.

Thank you for this video. We were at Disneyland last week and the ride broke just before we were about to get on. When we were able to ride it later in the day, it wasn't working properly and my daughter's missed the best part, which was the boulder coming towards the Jeep. It completely bypassed it, which was a huge bummer. Now I can show them what the ride should have looked like. I love how smooth the video was, despite how much movement the ride actually is. Um so, I was looking for this ride on KZbin. It was my first time in Disneyland when I got on this ride. I was enjoying the ride for a minute or so until I started to realize I was moving way too much. I look down and I see that MY SEATBELT WAS NOT ON! The woman who was in charge of checking the seatbelts was on my other side, so no one checked my side. I was way too excited to even pay attention as it was my first time in Disneyland. When I realized my seatbelt wasn’t on, I started to freak out, while also jumping everywhere with the ride. Trying to find my seatbelt and putting it on, especially with the crazy movement, loud/creepy sound, dark/flashy lights at the same time, was the most stressful thing I have ever experienced, I literally thought that day was my last lol. But totally enjoyed the ride, I will definitely never forget it.

Wonderful video quality! I always appreciate it when videos of darker rides are adjusted properly or however you get the camera to film darker sections well so you can actually see and its not 5 minutes of a black screen. Also sorry if it was a weird sounding compliment, I have no idea what technical camera adjustments you have to do to get it to film like that lol. All in all though, just thank you and well done :)

I remember when I had went to To Disneyland for a trip. I was mostly by myself here but I was a couple of steps away from actually getting on this ride before boom. The ride had some issues or something of the sort. The awesome part though was that I went on one of the Star Wars rides for the fast past (which was given as a apology) but even that was taking a long time. Still greatest time of my life. The good definitely overtakes the bad.

I remember last time I went to Disneyland my friends and I got stuck at 4:33 and 4:43 with Jones looking down at us for like 5 minutes. The best bit was instead of backing up then going under the bolder, we just dropped out of nowhere with no announcement and no bolder and it was hilarious and terrifying! 🤣😂

Shooter Cade that's not true. During a 2013-2014 refurb they replaced them all with new high tech lights. It's so annoying though like why don't they stay on?! Lol
