Any lethal exposed live pins if you plug in it to mains without the irons and/or hot air blower connected? Any metal parts exposed that aren't either grounded or double insulated? Does the mains lead get surprisingly hot because it's got virtually no copper in it? -- All the previous are faults with a more expensive one I got from China via eBay a while ago.

I don't know exactly what you mean. However, the machine works perfectly, we have already repaired several problem boards, I will upload a video soon where we use it to peel off a voltage regulator on a high-end flat 27 inch monitor !!

I don't know bout that, but somewhere in yt, I see the hot air gun labeled hall sensor 220v, so probably it is, at least the for the fan. and for the tip I know from other yt video, it's connected to mains ground.
