Jonatan Engwall a little late but if you’re still wondering, I couldn’t do this move for one of my dance showcases so a way to cheat the step is that when you swing your upper body around, wait until your upper body is a little more forward than how ACE is doing it so that you leading leg is almost underneath your butt, then you should be able to push up using your legs and maybe some arm strength as if you were getting up after crossing your legs.

look at how intense and fast pace the choreo is, and yet all of them are perfectly in sync with each other..also their footwork is off the chart .. they hit every details in the choreo perfectly ... A.C.E members are definitely aces. great dancers , skillful vocalists with great stage presence and showmanship skills. those who went to their concerts before this have nothing but only full of praises for them . even non CHOICES were shocked at how great their live performances are.
