Excellent video. There is one thing I find disturbing and disappointing on the City's part. At 0:22 this shows the City's very obvious (and disappointing) priorities. As they built of the levee protecting the industrial and business district while letting the residential district on the other side flood. Many people lose their homes, possessions, and lives' works, and these are the same people who are the ones who make those industrial and commercial businesses run. I sure hope St. Louis has since updated it's flood preparation policies and won't let another blatant disregard for citizens over cash cow districts to happen again.

@@brow4840 Floods have existed since biblical times, and I'm pretty sure far, far beyond recorded history as well. Climate change == more energy in the climate == more severe weather extremes......... because it has access to more energy.......... because we've emitted so much CO2........ which is a greenhouse gas that absorbs the sun's energy.

That is worse than ignorant. "Climate Change" is omni present because the earth changes and the distance to the sun and the sun's output.... It has nothing to do with CO2 or human activity. It is the ultimate stupidity to blame both cold and heat upon "global warming" and this AGW scam started out saying we would burst into flames - absurd on the face of it, now the same AGW fanatics are claiming the earth is colder and wetter because we are "warming"???? What kind of voodoo is that? The whole Mississippi river system has changed in the past 10,000 years. The Ohio was the Yazoo and didn't intercept the Mississippi until a few thou ago. If Jesus had went to New Orleans, he would have had to walk on water, as it was underwater 2000 years ago. The White River of Arkansas was once part of the Mississippi and the "muddy" Mississippi is a clear mountain stream compared to what it was like as the continental glaciers retreated. And glaciers were once gone from the entire world and recede and grow as the Grand Solar Minimums occur.
