I have been trying to lose weight and constantly failed. So this time I am adjusting my diet and trying out on going keto.
Even though I know this will affect the way I bike. Since our body in cycling prefers carbs/sugars for fuel, and keto diet requires very low carbs/sugars. But I have to try and prioritize first on losing the extra pounds.
I am just starting out with keto friendly foods (low carbs, low protient,High in Fat). At the time of this upload, I am now on my 4th day.
For now my target max carbs per day is just 50-60grams. They say that 50-60g of carbs should be the maximum intake if you wanna go on the state of ketosis.
This (brunch) meal probably has (estimate only, am not really sure haha)
Carbs: 15-20g
Proten: ~24g
Total Fat: 35-40g
