Hi @ChasingSnow. I have been looking at both Kopaonik and Jahorina for the upcoming season instead of the Alps. What do you recommend more at the end of January? I don’t need much après-ski; I am there mainly for skiing, so good snow quality and not being too crowded are my preferences. Videos from Jahorina seem much more crowded than those from Kopaonik. Is that generally the case? Thnx in advance ;D

Hi, both resorts can get busy, especially Kopaonik around the centre. Kopaonik is much larger than Jahorina though both are quite nice. Whichever you decide, if you want to go during less busy periods, make sure you don't go during school holidays... hope that helps...

Looks a nice resort which is really unheard of in the UK. Lovely scenery and piste map seems to show a large number of runs. Altitude not very high which will probably mean a short season but snow looked good on the clip.

Even though it's not high, it gets quite cold, so I have skied here in April... It has a really nice atmosphere and vibe but it can get very busy...

Ha, looks like it but seems they just fell skiing...

The runs looked quiet mellow compared with other blues and reds you've skied. But I guess they look steeper in real life.

This resort is good for beginners and intermediates, it's not too challenging...

more great runs and another beautiful day. Question: On your second run you went beneath two tracks that, had they been made from wood, would look like log flumes. It looked as though a person was riding down one of them in some kind of chair. What were they?

Think they have different names in different parts of the world... not sure what the locals call them but for me they are toboggans...

I was last year in mid February and we had to wait half and hour in the line for ski lift
