Hello, Thank you for this nice information. We have learned a lot about İscghl and Ski slopes thanks to your videos. Thank you for your efforts. Which application do you use for the Slope and speed visual you put in the bottom left of the video? Thank you.

Ingrams goes to Nendaz, so when I try Switzerland, it'll be an option. All the other resorts are now either open or are opening up for the season. Getting close now, hope you are all set up, ski's waxed and tuned ect.

Another thigh-bursting run. 😂 What time of year was.this? Pretty meagre snow cover. Vallon D'Arby is great if you catch it on a powder day with low avalanche risk.
@ChasingSnow15 сағат бұрын
This was 14 April 2023 (in the description)... the snow was quite heavy, however, it did it again last season under more powdery conditions... you can see it here kzbin.info/www/bejne/mmm8Z5x8hb2KY5Y

@ChasingSnow Thanks. I've spent a lot of time in Verbier, but not since lockdown. The different in snow cover is really apparent from your videos. It's a shame.

Snow conditions weren't the best for this route...
@dundeedolphin2 күн бұрын
@ChasingSnow It's not a route. It's literally a cat track. Not saying you can't ski it. But I have no idea why you would. 👍🏻
@ChasingSnow2 күн бұрын
@@dundeedolphin It's that little section that makes it 10+ km, otherwise there's no point...
@dundeedolphin2 күн бұрын
@ChasingSnow Absolutely. However, I would argue that there is no point in this route and in endless shallow meanders back and forth across the mountain, which was my original point. Especially in Verbier, where there are loads of great routes. It sounds like I'm criticising your video. I'm not. It's interesting that you did it, but no-one else should. 👍🏻

Understood, it's there for anyone interested... 10km blue route, top to bottom but Verbier is better for the more advanced skier... so you have a point...

This resort needs far more long runs only 3 reds and everything starts off from the same track…it’s a bit frustrating to be honest but I would go again as it’s cheap and easy to get to for a short break… I think Pamporovo is my first choice over bansko and borovets as it’s crowd free, no cues great for all abilities unlike bansko, and peaceful unlike the others, I’ve had a good time in all of them tho but do your research as huge pros and cons with each resort

Is it common for resorts to be so empty towards the end of the season, with maybe just the locals skiing?
@user-dg9rj1zf9f7 күн бұрын
Les portes du soleil is a monumental ski resort so especially at the end of the season, there are very few crowds
@ChasingSnow7 күн бұрын
Generally yes, mainly locals ski end of season, but there are still some visitors. A lot of resorts actually lose money at that time as it costs more to run than they make. I really like end of season as the sun is high, the snow generally tends to be good (especially in March) and there are less people...
