Last time I was in NY was 2011. So many new skyscrapers since then! Since when can you go up the spire in the ESB? I didn't have that option in 2001 when I went up to the deck.

No, it is not and my guess is that this drone is an older model that does not have Remote ID. These are amazing videos but that part of Manhattan is a no-fly zone.
