I visited Khan el khalili several times before and have very special memories there and I remember I visited an ancient church near khan el khalili too but the strangest thing that I don't remember there was any tourist in the streets and old alleys back then although it's one of the most visited touristic areas of Cairo and it actually deserves that (it may be one of the oldest streets of Cairo) but we Egyptians know many similar streets and alleys to khan el khalili which no tourists visit and you are one of the fewest tourists who didn't focus only on khan el khalili but uploaded many walking tours from other areas like heliopolis so that what makes your channel unique ❤

This is why I uploaded the more interesting walks first from all the other neighbourhoods I explored. I really liked sharing the more in-depth spaces I was able to find, but I couldn't help but make some from the main tourist spots too. Not to brag but I feel my video style is better than other walking channels and I wanted to make sure I captured the market too. There are other walks but for people around the world who don't live in Egypt, this will amaze them (I hope!)

Well said! As an extroverted Canadian I have always found suburban Canada quite dull, and am always amazed that new immigrants have such a strong desire to move into them. But its been explained to me that more often they have moved form busy places like this and aspire for all the peace and quiet the suburbs offer.

I don't know why most tourists only prefer to upload the longest walking tours from Khan el khalili this area is beautiful and very old but it really doesn't shows how the rest of Cairo looks like just like times square in New York but anyway your walking tour is still beautiful and hope to see more walking tours from Cairo soon they are always the best ❤
