Can I do this set up on just a mild street build with just a shift kit

@andypace4685 That is what I am doing. The bleed hole keeps the centrifugal force of the fluid in the drum from building up and causing the clutches to drag and as long as you have one check ball (either in the drum or the piston) it should work fine. This is my first one, but everyone I spoke with and asked that has did this says it works great actually recommend it for better performance. Thanks for watching and commenting.
