You may notice a weird cut during Leonard Fournette section. I had to remove some content due to copyright. To get the jist of what I was saying, Fournette was completely dominant throughout his 3 seasons at LSU (he was a bit banged up his final year). Freshman year - 187 attempts 1034 rush yards 10 TDs Sophomore year - 300 attempts 1953 rush yards 22 TDs Junior Year - 129 attempts 843 rush yards 8 TDs 2015 consensus all-american

I agree with Bob Quinn's ideology; the easiest way to miss out on a game-changing player is to overvalue their combine performance. Shame Tabor didn't work out very well but hopefully has a good time in the UFL. I'm noticing a pattern with these recruit videos too: the top QB prospect rarely pans out. Just shows how much development is needed for the most important position. It's not how you start, it's how you learn.
@kennycai86959 ай бұрын
Wow ... I did not realize the 2014 recruiting class had this much talent, and I am definitely grateful my Ravens took Marlon Humphrey, who was part of that top 10. If you have to ask me who is the most impactful, I'd pick Myles Garrett. Sure, Fournette may have won the Super Bowl, but Garrett is the clear face of the Browns franchise since he got drafted. Garrett is the anchor of a potent front 7, in a division that plays against Joe Burrow and Lamar Jackson. Plus, it's no coincidence that the Browns have gotten better since he arrived, albeit in spite of the Browns front office shooting themselves in the foot over and over again. Garrett is the definition of a game changer, and the Browns are fortunate to have him.

KTO is a fool related to his opinion on several of these players. He must be jealous of these players because they were stars in college and made it to the league. Peppers, Mixon, and Fournette have been excellent players during their time in the NFL. I’m a diehard Steelers, so I have felt their impact against my team for many years. When Fournette was with the Jags, he would tear my Steelers apart every time, we just couldn’t bring him down until he had 6-8 yards. Same with Mixon with the Bengals, and we had to face him at least 2 times per year. Peppers also played big against us when he was on the Browns. I was hoping the Steelers would have picked up Peppers, to bolster our secondary, when he was available. Fournette seemed to slow down a little bit over the past 2 years. But he is still a beast and would love to have him along with Najee and Jaylen. Or we could have picked up Mixon for a 7th round draft pick. I can’t believe that the Bengals did him dirty after all of the good years he gave their team. He even restructured his contract for 2023 ($4.39 million cut) and 2024 ($4.67 million cut), to allow the Bengals flexibility in signing free agents.
