Nope the bulbs/LED’s are fixed, which I prefer for condensation reasons. I’m not sure how long they will last though

Those are just the carbide GTR DRLs with cheaper leds, hope you didn’t pay too much! They’re $600 on headlight revolution rn I just bought some

Yup that’s exactly what they are. I think I paid just under $600, but they worked great for me!

Love the 4Runner mods, I bought these lights installed them and they are not working. One of the connections is not compatible with the lights. Did you have to connect other electric wires?

Hmm which connection wasn’t comparable? My harness was plug and play.

I have these and the low beams wont work unless the selector is in parking light mode

Hmm it sounds like the pins on the harness must be flipped. I’d contact customer service.

Whats your opinion on light output at night compared to stock housing with LED bulbs. I spent a lot on my bulbs and love the output but my housings recently got damaged and am looking to replace them.

I would say the stock setup w/ LED’s is brighter for sure and a cleaner cutoff line. Right when I installed these I noticed the difference, but got used to it and the light output grew on me. Certainly good output and can fill the road nicely with the right adjusting.

An HID bulb is much better than an LED bulb in a projector setup.

What’s the difference between the 650$ and 400ish dollar one their is 4 different listings on amazon on your link ( i rlly hope this makes sense it’s 1 am and im super tired )?

The $650 are the projector bulbs, the $400 ones are the reflector (mine). Looks like they reduced the price. The duplicates are the corner lense color options - clear or amber.

How do u change out the bulbs if one goes out? Do I have to replace the whole assembly?

I think you have to replace the whole assembly, unless you’re super skilled. It is a sealed unit.

I actually sold the 4Runner about 6 months after install. They were great up until I sold it.

What made you pick reflective over the projector style

It was mainly cost driven (I was between these and morimotos). These also looked simple in my opinion and not flashy like some of the other ones out there.

Meh about the same or maybe slightly less powerful. I had LED bulbs in my factory housings and they were really bright.

As shown at the end of the video, yes they're absolute garbage. I've known halogen headlights with a more useful output (wider low beam, better high beam). Just put an HID bulb in your OEM headlights, they will be so much better than that you wouldn't believe it. Even better, swap the OEM projector for a bi-xenon or bi-LED one. It's more work but nor more expensive and it's so much better !

I changed to these from LED bulbs in the stock housing, and agree they for sure aren’t as bright. I did the swap more so for looks and the running lights. Was well worth it to me.
