4TH-AXIS CNC MILLING A DINING ROOM TABLE LEG

It took more than 5000 indexes of the 4th axis on the CNC mill to rough and finish this pattern. A 1/2" ball nose end-mill was used for rouging and a 1/4 ball nose end-mill for the finish passes. The cycle time was 16 hours.

can you make another video like the one you did showing how to program radius but instead of radius kzbin.info/www/bejne/rIC7goqglMiFoJo have the gcode for 45 deg chamfers.
