His name is Xak. In his origin timeline he’s a Russian cyborg soldier that got sent in war as suicide squad member, later on , a god pulled him inside a cross dimension elimination event called the GENESIS V4 He died from said event and woke up in a white garden, but gained immortality due to an error within the afterlife. He kept a white flower from the multiverse heaven as a power source to hop dimension but slowly due to the influence staying outside of stories and timeline, he developed abilities to rewind time and predict the future. He’s my duelist Dude’s non blood related uncle figure since he’s the leader of all 4TH Wall agents who does data collections from different universes, and he prevent characters from going corrupted like himself.
