4VEP 3417 dragged by a pair of 73s 27/01/24

4vep 3417 is back on the mainline after ages. hope we get to see it run on its own one day.
This particular was working between London Waterloo and Strawberry Hill.
73119, 423417, 73109
I managed to see it go to and from Waterloo, aswell as the 73s go back to Tonbridge

Why 2 x 73’s? I thought these had the facility to control 33’s & 73’s via the jumper cable…
