4WD actuator maintenance - shown on our Mitsubishi L200

Keep your actuator well greased up - use it every 10 days or so, regardless - even if you never leave the tarmac !!
If you are stuck in 4 wheel drive - you cannot select 2 wheel drive you probably have a failing 4WD disengage solenoid, or a stuck actuator - the default setting for these select transmissions, is generally 4 wheel drive - so any failings will result in you being unable to use 2 wheel drive.
Keeping this small part in tip-top condition is simple - lets see.
