4WD Bronco Power Wheels THRASH TEST! 228cc Stroker Top Speed Run, Jump Test, Hot Laps!

In today's episode of CarsandCameras, we put our custom build Power Wheels 4WD go kart in a series of stress tests to see if it holds up! Our 4wd system runs through mud like a dream, and our custom independent front suspension and trailing arm rear suspension soaks up bumps and jumps like it's nothing. We put the power wheels go kart on the CarsandCameras Grand Prix, and set a time to put on the leaderboard!

There has to be a vacuum in the fuel tank preventing it from getting enough fuel to run at high rpm's. The little hole they put in the cap isn't enough.

Maybe the pulse pump line is too small as well? At the intake and the entire hose diameter... I forget what they used, but they did use a pulse pump on this right?

That's what I'm thinking as well. It sounds like it's running somewhat lean

@@Rebar77_real that is a possibility, most definitely. The way the fuel instantly drained into the carb when the fuel line was removed from the pump make me think vacuum is holding the needle up inside the fuel lines. It ran alright until it got muddy, the mud probably covered the little fuel cap vent hole. The fuel pump being too small for their top end wouldn't come into play as much until wot for more than however long it takes to empty the bowl at wot. The little pulse pump should be able to keep up with idle up to half throttle with no issues. It was dying right after start-up. All that needs to be done to prove my theory wrong is remove the fuel cap and see if the problem persists.

They did a test with the fuel cap off did the same thing. This is spark related either has an obstruction on the magnet of the magneto or coil pack has water in it.
