One comment' shows why I am passionate and wrote what I did. If someone commented, "Don't put the female flag above the male flag we would say it's sexist. If you watch any video on anything aboriginal, you will always see shocking comments against aboriginal people for no reason. Even when I write one thing in favour of aborigines, I get only feedback against. How do decent people just ignore the terrible treatment.

Not sure what you are trying to say but at a guess, in replying to you we validated your comment and addressed it with a fair response. We didn't bother replying to others because it wasn't worth our time or effort. We are not justifying or supporting anything. What did we comment that is against what you wrote because we don't see it that way and in fact, Simon's comments within the show clearly state that he and we are not ignoring anything. he was very clear on that but kept a positive spin on celebrating Australia Day how it is relevant for you and for all.

Love the show love simon, but on this issue i differ because i care about all Australians not just english descendants. Australia day isnt something i celebrate. Its a day of shame for me. How can we only care about the date one group claimed the land at the expense of other peoples lives. This is a multicultural country. I wont celebrate genocide again. Include aboriginal people in this country and stop treating them as if they dont matter. We slaughtered them on this date but wont change it after doing this to them. Unbelievable really.

It is what you make of it. Simon has been very vocal, supportive and clear on indigenous matters for all of his adult life and hence why it is typically present, respected and featured in many of our productions. It is, as Simon puts it, a celebration for all Australians and a time to remember, learn and focus on unity. No offence was intended.
