Steroids has a lot of benefits, particularly for muscle recovery and strength. Personally, as an athlete I use anabolic steroids to speed up recovery from intense training or injuries. They also really help in rebuilding muscle tissue and enhancing performance.

Test Enan is commonly used in hormone replacement therapy to address low testosterone levels, promoting muscle growth and improving overall well-being. Tren, on the other hand, greatly enhances muscle size and strength. Speeds up recovery from injuries as well.

Totally agree. Steroids helped me recover faster and maintain muscle mass, especially during intense training or after injury. It's amazing how they can support bone health as well, which is crucial for people with conditions like osteoporosis.

There’s no doubt to the benefits of steroids. Honestly, it has greatly impacted my life. It played a major role in achieving my desired physique. People should learn not to abuse these substances and act like they are all bad.

Hey everyone, I’m looking for reliable sources for both steroids and protein supplements. I know it’s crucial to be cautious with these, especially with steroids, so I want to make sure I’m getting them from trustworthy sources. For protein supplements, I’m also interested in recommendations for reputable brands. Any suggestions or advice on where to find safe and high quality options?

I have absolutely no issue with using steroids. My main issue is with these bodybuilders starting their own "supplements/protein lines" and trying to sell people on them as if that is the only thing that got them to that level. If you use drugs and you're open about it then you're no issue to me.

@@cobus8870 I agree. Also the fans want to see monsters, they want to see guys like mcguire and bonds hitting 500' home runs, LeBrons tearing up the court..etc. but then they all get upset whe an athlete takes steroids to bring their strength and ability to the next level... actuary the next 10 levels. Steroid should just be made legal cause we all know every single bodybuilder, football player, baseball.. etc are on or they wouldn't be able to keep up at the pro level against others that are using it.... plus the fans want to see the best possible. Steroids are everywhere now. It used to be you had to know someone that knew a guy, now you just do a search go on a forum and click a flashy banner and order anything you want
@Splitscreen83
@Splitscreen83 5 жыл бұрын
Their supplements don't say that at all. Steroids are an essential part of the professional bodybuilding scene, but diet and supplements are as essential. The most essential part of ALL is the work ethic. Giving up so much with a very slim chance of being the best. Like them or not, professional bodybuilders work very hard, every day. The mindset needed to be the best in the world is incredible. Most people criticising bodybuilders are probably drinking too much, smoking too much or eating too much.

Drugs alone won't make you Mr. Olympia, but at the same time you won't be Mr. Olympia without the drugs. That freakish size and leanness is not attainable naturally. I'm glad people are being more open about it. I remember like so many others when young and thinking after reading Arnold's bodybuilding books I could look like that naturally. It was disappointing to learn the drugs were necessary. After absorbing that reality, I decided never to take that step and I still looked a ton better than if I had not lifted at all. So it was all worth it without the drugs.

I read Arnold's Encyclopedia of bodybuilding religiously in my teens. Trained 2.5 to 3 hrs a day, 6 days a week. I gained a ton but never even looked like a Frank Zane. What would of been nice someone would said" This guy has a ffmi of 25 you can kind of look like this guy."instead of lying to me and telling to eat 80 eggs a day.

BUT the sad part is that everyone talks shit about bodybuilders using steroids, just because you can see it on their body but nobody said anything to other proffesional athletes in other genres of sport. I mean tour de france guys are on freacking steroids, just because they are not big doesnt mean they arent taking it. Olympic swimmers, like when the russian girl got caught and people she beat were only mili seconds behind made it so obvious that many of them take it. Shit even olympic lifters do, there is now way they can keep on breaking world records naturally... scientist even say the human body is actually getting weaker for every generation.

What I find sad about the competitive portion of it all is that steroids have become a must on the industry to compete. It should have never got to that point. Bodybuilding should be the best physical looking person without the need of drugs. It all went to shit when the competitions realized that size sells and that's why its allowed. There is no doubt these guys and gals are genetically gifted and work there ass off but I would like to see a more natural realistic look in the physique.

At the 2008 Arnold Fitness Expo I was in line to check in to my hotel and I was behind a huge guy who was also checking in. I didn't know any names of professional bodybuilders, but I had seen enough publications on magazine stands to know that the guy I was talking to looked familiar. Our conversation was very friendly and I said to him "I think I've seen you on magazine covers before" and he responded with a smile and said " yeah, I've been on a few." He was very polite, very respectful, and not full of himself. He won a fan of me not because of his bodybuilding, but because of his humanity.

Idk about all that. I pulled up a video just now with photos from the contest. IMO Jay has better def in his legs and delts. Victor had better abs but Jay did have the more vacuum look. Jay's forearms are more defined. Pecs close but Jay's were wider and fuller at the top. Jay had bigger traps. Victor had wider lats i believe. That is from the first image in the video. The second image which is from the side you can clearly see better definition in Jay's legs, forearms, but the delts are almost even in this pose I wouldn't favor either but if I had to I might favor Victor for the seperation shown from mid to rear delt. Jay's Tricep is better shaped here imo. Pic 3 Victor looks like he is a bit too puffy in the upper portion of his abs. However his chest is in this pose beats Jay's no question, but that doesn't make up for the lack of def in the legs and forearms coupled with the lack of size to the traps. Pic 4 same observations as it is the same picture but now shows the calves. Victor's calves were to small in comparison to his biceps. Jay's were much closer proportioned. The angle on picture 5 shows a much better image of Victor and from this image I would say he looks better than Jay in everything above the waist. Pic 6 Jay's abs are better especially in the bottom portion. Victor's chest looks flat in this position in comparison to Jay's. Pic 7 both upper bodies are close Jay wins out due to his leg definition. Pic 8 caught at a weird time I wouldn't want to compare these as neither are in the actual pose as of yet. Here is the video do I need to keep going? kzbin.info/www/bejne/gpu5fJpjbpdrock

I was undefeated as an amateur for 5 years in 3 different weight classes against guys who probably took everything. Then once i went to USA's and "had to make a decision" to bridge that gap i took third. Then turned pro at nationals 4 months later. Its so true. Had a lot..and I mean A LOT questions to ask, these guys always replied within the day and were more than happy to answer everything in a well written, helpful and crystal clear manner.It's really important to give customers peace and they delivered just that. I ordered test p, tren ace and anavar. The gear took under a week to arrive which is super quick considering all the delivery delays with this corona situation. Well I'm now over 5 weeks into my cycle and have made crazy gains. I've put on almost 15lbs. My strength, sense of well being, PRs, confidence..everything is through the roof

Even with the gear, you need to put in an amazing amount of insane hard work with your nutrition, supplementation and training, training and more training! Gear alone will NOT make you Mr Olympia! Give these guys a break. They have to be careful with what they say about their gear use, they make their money from supplement contracts or their own supplement companies. It is what it is. I think the biggest problem with fitness these days isn't who's taking gear or not, but these FAKE IG so called fitness models coning people out of their money with their BS touched up photos and zero fitness knowledge.

It is what it is - at the top level, you have to do everything. The work, the diet, the steroids, the other substance regimens. The whole picture can be looked at. The answer that it's just the steroids is wrong, just as downplaying them is wrong - their contribution is enormous. What people don't like to hear, though, is "yeah, that guy took roids, but if he was natural, he'd still be 10x what you are, even if he wouldn't be professionally competitive".
@cameron.on.canvas

Honestly the best advice I can give anyone considering steroids is this. The gratification that comes from hard work is the results. Even if you work hard, if you take steroids, you'll look in the mirror and not know what was the steroids and what was hard work. I'd rather know that I made all the gains I see in the mirror. That builds the most mental strength - not cutting corners.

@IAMJEFFREY-cw9ns 4 жыл бұрын
ryan bedwell Well, these bodybuilders train at least 3 times a day 5-6 days a week and to train at such a frequency they’re gonna have to recover as quickly as possible. That’s where the steroids kick in. Of course they work very hard but the steroids play a huge part too. The average man isn’t gonna train 2 times a day let alone 3 at the intensity of a pro bodybuilder.😉

@FichDich InDemArsch 😂 I think you’ve misunderstood my comment. 20kgs is night and day! “20 kgs here and there?” Do you know how long it would even take to build 20kgs of lean muscle while on steroids? Still years. How many people do you know who weigh 100kg? Probably a couple. How many at 120? (Lean) I’m tipping none.
@ryanbedwell2144
@ryanbedwell2144 3 жыл бұрын
@FichDich InDemArsch 20kgs of lean muscle in a year id say impossible. Not 20kgs of weight. 20kgs of muscle mass. Regardless. My point is people at the peak of their sport do it coz they love it. Then they want to win and they can’t win without the gear obviously. Just like saying “lance Armstrong wouldn’t ride bikes without being able to juice.” He loved riding that damn bike so he’s gonna do it juice or not

Hi Mr. Cutler, I just gotta say i was listening to your podcast of you tube " Power Bites " segment on steriods!!! It was awesome hering speak about the genetics you were gifted with and unfortunately to be one of the greatest bodybuilders, I congratulate you 100% your " No pain No Gain "workouts and eating rite is just incredible so you truly inspire me and the millions of men and women around the world. I just wanna tell you a little about myself from a youn age at 18 i just wanted to lift weights and it became apart of my daily weekly routine, i trained real hard always and then one here in long island ny were i live i was in the " maxium fitness gym " it was own by the Twillerger brothers they actually pro bodybuilders in the 90's. Well this one day i was training with my workout partner frank and we were called the " FREAKS OF NATURE BEASTS " !!!! we trained like animals and it was f......fn awesome. That day we talking with a member of the gym and we were introduced to anavar, d-ball and anadroll, Mr. Cutler i just gotta tell you i weighed abou 200lbs, in six months after i was 240lbs. Rock solid and strong as a motherf......ker !!!! I played collage ball at University of buffalo divison 1 big time school. Faster forward to 1997 the year i got invited as a walk on for a try out with new york jets well let me it was a 8 week camp i was playing middle linebacker like Brian Bosworth from Oklahoma sooners back in that time, well this is about to shock you traing in the weight room for the jets at minicamp only my 2 week in. I was being tested on strength with the bench press it was a requirement trying to make the jets, i needed to complete 40 reps of 225lbs Mr. Cutler i can't lie i just laughed a little because i broke a record in my local gym one time months be my tryout. Well get ready i through up a crazy number of 63 reps. I was going so fast i just couldn't stop then they screamed no f....fn way this dude is a f...kn sign this animal, but wait at the time i met a jet line named scott Mersereau. He put up only 51 reps with 225lbs.so he was so pissed off that a walk on player beat his record with no problem, well unfortunately a few weeks later i got injured doing a power sled drill broke the bone in my knee cap. My NFL FOOTBALL DREAM ENDED THAT DAY. the whole point of my letter to you is roids made me massive and so strong, now Mr.Cutler since 2 years ago.i had a heart attack i almost died they told me in the emergency room that night. So the moral of my story is for 2 years not i live with heart failure and take alot of medications to keep breathing, so what i am saying to you sir is, i took steriods and needed the edge to hopefully play pro football i failed because i took anabolic agents for a career in the NFL. The lord punished me for the roids and now all these years later i need to live on meds to stay alive. Thankyou Mr.Cutler, It's a honor to write to you God bless 🙏 Steven M. a k a " HAMMER"🔨

@@theinneroh2587 the 2nd part is true. Go look up studies conducted on the topic where employees got significant raises that in turn increased morale and workplace productivity. This isnt a new technique this "happy worker is a hard worker" is a decades old philosophy. It works.

Okay, yes i work with and know a lot of jack a$$e$. I still think your analogy is flawed. I’d say some people will be motivated. Enter helping agents, progress noticeable, drive intensified. More results! Even more fire. The results drive you to clean up your diet and life.

Should also mention how important it is how your body reacts to the steroids. I’ve seen some horrifying side effects on people from simply running test and absolutely no side effects on some people stacking all kinds of shit.

Love Jay’s honesty! There is a reason Jay was the champ for those years. He dethroned the King Ronnie Coleman.

I was in Las Vegas at Wet Republic going to a pool party and I was standing right next to him and he could have easily been like.... yo I’m Jay Cutler but he didn’t so I said to him “Yo your Jay Cutler what are you doing standing in line”. He kinda just shrugged it off it just was surprising to me that he stood there and didn’t try to name drop or do anything other then just wait like everyone else. I couldn’t believe the people working didn’t know who he was and the people around us no one knew him it was crazy. I talked to him a little just small talk didn’t ask him stupid questions like hey do you take steroids didn’t ask for an autograph once we got in he was actually going to the same cabana as me so he happened to know some people I knew. Cool calm and collected

I started heavily lifting and dieting seriously 2 years before Jay won his first Olympia and he was my guy.. Had an accident deadlifting and i had to stop lifting, so ive been out of the loop.. 2 months ago i said fuck it, one last hoorah sonhere we are.. Glad to see Jay speaking on this particular subject and admitting he used gear! People have genetics that allow them to get only so big and then you need help to break through that barrier!! Jay looks good to be 50, he really does.. Everyone stay safe out there, encourage one another and for gods sake, SPOT one another...

He is trying to get us focused on the important parts, but I promise you, Jay is a really smart guy and know everything about the drugs. He played the mass game, he knows all about balancing numerous compounds and eating a crazy amount every day.
