Awesome design!!! I would like to request for 70 sqm house design. • 3 story built • 4 rooms with t&B small balcony and nook area ( in case a virus hit a family member she/ he can be isolated in her/his room) with 1 room located at the ground floor • entertainment area at the roof deck • study / work / living area on the 2nd floor • pantry area is a must • additional 15 sqm for facade and parking area • less use of glasses as we wanted permanent sun shading materials I hope you will grant my request.
