Hey Mike, gotta couple questions if you don't mind.. I finally found some Hoka's to sell, new without box. As I was posting them, one of them forced me to use the "eBay's Authenticity Guarantee" and I didn't have the choices of shipping and forced a FedX label. I called Ebay and told them I only have the usps priority shoe boxes, and they told me I can use the usps box as long as the dementions of the box is correct to go ahead and put the Fedx label on it. Do you have experience with this? I like to get my items in their shipping first before I list them because shipping is still very confusing for me, I would like to know how you prepare prior to listing and selling, for example those golf clubs you sold, did you already have a box for them? and if you don't how do you go about getting them boxed up without spending a fortune or how to list golf clubs and choose shipping before they sell...

I’ve never tried mailing priority boxes through fedex, but if eBay told you it was fine then I would listen to them. All authentic guarantee listings will always override your shipping selection and go fedex (which I find super annoying). And yes I always have boxes ready for things like golf clubs. I just order 25x 48x4x4 boxes whenever I get low. I don’t list items until I have a way to ship the items.

Hi Mike, great info as always. Question, the ground advantage shipping has been great. I used to use priority flat rate for anything over a pound in the past. Now, most of my packages go GA. Anyway, when you indicate the size, do you usually say 1 inch for your shirts and sweaters or do you put 2 inches? I find that it makes a big difference.

We put 12x9x3 for the dimensions. From my understanding the cubic rate does not kick in until 12x9x4. We only use GA as well!
