How superior are you, pal ? And how unaccustomed to SE Asian living !! I am sure that someone as sophisticated as you believe yourself to be, would get palpitations at even the THOUGHT of living in a Studio Condo - but many millions of Thais and very many visitors are quite happy so to do. As studios go, this is actually quite big, although arguably somewhat overpriced too. (should be 3.8-4.5m given the city & the location) But here’s the thing - It may not stack up against your 3,000 sq ft beachfront villa in Malibu …… but it’s $148,000! - so evaluate it for what it is, and stop trying to signal your taste and discernment, whilst showing yourself up as totally pretentious.

140 thousand for this is ridiculous it’s what we call a bedsit one room with everything in, I would rather keep my money in the bank and rent because at these prices I’m surprised they sell anything. This is probably the worst property I’ve seen when you think you can spend another two hundred thousand and get a villa with private pool, these condos and apartments in Thailand are overpriced you can get better in Spain and the cost of living is just as cheap so will be looking closer to home.
