We are all trying to slow the accessories down and you speed yours up :)

Yeah I guess I did. In my attempt to do my LS swap myself and trying to use as much of the donor engine parts as possible that’s how it worked out. I’ve been driving my car for almost 2 years now without any PS pump problems. I did 1 burnout contest last year but basically just drive to work and a few local car shows, just another daily street car.

So the stock monte carlo pressure hose screwed into the truck pump?

Yes it did

What size belt did you use

I used a Dayco belt 5060910 6PK2310. I cut and taped the original belt to the length I thought I needed and had the guy at the auto parts store match belt lengths until 1 fit, this was it.

@@Sheeshlocks I’ve got a few thousand miles on it so far and haven’t had any problems at all. The whole LS swap thing has been super reliable.

I don’t recommend I had mine on for 2 years last month the pulley broke off and the inner part of the pulley stayed on
@gbody_eastbay741919 күн бұрын
Mine broke off after acouple years probably because of the cheap material
@bhwjrproductions17 күн бұрын
@@gbody_eastbay7419 Mine is still working perfectly. I still want a metal pulley but I haven’t got around to it yet…it’ll probably stay there until I breaks then I’ll fix it
