When I opted into the promoted closet program my sales were NONEXISTENT! The promo ended up running for a month instead of 2 weeks and I had only 2 sales from "promoted closet" now that I have completely opted out and the promotion is no longer running my sales have popped off! I will NEVER use the promoted closet it literally KILLED my store and I have heard the same thing happening to so many other sellers as well.

Congrats on your sales!! You definitely know what people want! My sales are super slow this past week but I took 4 days off the week before to go visit my son in college. If I go that long without listing and sharing, I see a drop off until I start being consistent again. Reselling is great because you can take off whenever you want but it may affect sales for a bit. Totally worth it to visit my son though!

Hi Tabs! Thanks for another great video. It's interesting to see that several people have commented about sales being slow because last month started off roaring for me but the second two weeks were very slow and im not even getting likes and shares, no matter what I do. I had one bundle offer but she wanted 60% off Ugg boots, a Lululemon Scuba, a vintage lace shirt and a dynamite 70s a-line leather skirt and i would have made only $10 per item so i countered 40% off and she didn't accept! 😢 Sometimes it's kinda rough.

It can be rough. My sales have been consistent and in reflection to my listing effort the last 2 months, that’s just me personally. I think consumerism has changed. I hope everyone is checking solds on everything they grab!

I also find tons of Lululemon locally(Buffalo suburbs). I find the thrifts closest to the really expensive neighborhoods always always have it. Problem is goodwill is totally catching on and starting to sell online.. so I have to find the pieces that slip through.. and they are still abundant

I took a month off in Sept, went on vacation. Was so worried about my closet and sales taking a hit after my absence. Instead I’ve had my best month ever in Oct. I put it down to listing consistently and accepting reasonable offers. I’m happily sourcing away again and working through my death pile. Hoping to whittle it down to nothing by 2024.

So weird. My closet and my friends closets are so slow rn. Are you able to promote your us closet? I can tell it's posh because I'm hardly getting any likes compared to before the promoted listing's. So frustrating and expensive trying to work around all the changes. Haven't promoted yet, I did the free trial a while ago and it did boost sales. Just another expense though. Maybe I'll try and work it in eventually.

Not sure many sellers I’ve chatted with have been doing ok. Everyone needs to understand ppl are tight for money. If you find something that sells quick, for good money. Try to find more of them! I just started promoted 3 days ago. So these sales are without. But I do use promoted on posh side kick.

@@TabsMcCaffrey for promoted on Posh, I was just invited to try out the free trial, but was stumped when I got to having to add a payment option (Visa/Debit). So my question is how did you get around the US address tied to your address for the credit card?? US was an auto-populated Country and you are not able to select Canada or any other Country, so not sure how you got around it. If you could kindly share?

Are your relists working? I use Sidekick but relists aren't showing in my closet. I've contacted them but they said it's due to a Posh change. Just wondered if you found a way around making them show up in "just in".

Well it def is posh constantly trying to block relists. But when I checked yesterday mine were working. I do have mine set to every 30 days

Hi I have problem with removing sold items from other platforms. Unfortunately eBay doesn’t take it easily. They will punish you but lowering your rating. eBay rating no customers ratings. Low performance rating turned my eBay closed to 1-3 sale a month when before I was selling 9 items a day. :( I learned hard way. Is difficult to come back to previous position as you need a lot of good sale but since sales are not existing you are in a loophole.

I use stallion. They have a partner ship with ups to courier your packages. Pick up from your doorstep. Call stallion and inquire on thi service
