I believe i have a leak in the same spot. going to attempt this today, a new gasket just arrived in the mail. i think the worst part of the whole job is blowing out the coolant from the spark plug wells 😂

GOD BLESS... Great video, much appreciated!!! I have the exact same issue right now this day, 10/03/2024, I see exactly what I need to do but what part did you grind down and with what tool? Working on a 2010 Ford Expedition EL King Ranch 5.4 v8... I already have the 2 gaskets, changed the thermostat about 3 mths ago, should I change it again? Thanks a bunch...

@@joseph_johnson9266 I wouldn’t mess with the thermostat if you just recently did it. You just trimming the corner of the crossover tube so it can slide out from j see the intake. I just used my side cutter with a cut off wheel.

The pin from manifold keeps popping out and can’t get the crossover pipe back in, so frustrating
