About the I feel more productive during summer at 9:49 , can be explained with medicine and science The body produces vitamin D when the skin is exposed directly to the sun. This is why it is often called the "sunshine" vitamin. Most people meet their daily levels at of their vitamin D needs this way. Very few foods naturally contain vitamin D. Lack of vitamin D can be one of many contributing factors to depression. Specifically, some studies have shown that low levels of vitamin D can be associated with the appearance of a greater number of depressive and anxiety symptoms, but not with serious depressive disorders. Fatigue and tiredness, pessimism and a more depressed mood, slight excitability, muscle weakness, nervousness and insomnia, craving for sweets; are some of the main symptoms of insufficient vitamin D levels. To sum up, during the winter season or in countries with few hour of sunshine, the population can tend to present depressive symptoms
