As a single story girl, this house is absolutely breathtaking. And being a South African, we love our nature all the way, so the greenery and privacy get a nod from me. That outside kitchen would have me throw a braai every 3rd day! I'd convert one of the spaces for a formal dining room. I love that the layout allows for flexibility. This house tips the scale!

It really is a perfect home! Setting and layout are perfect; windows and doors are very high end. Lots of sinks throughout for food and drink prep. Cabinetry, both stained and painted, is very elegant, as is the attached hardware. They also seem to make good use of small spaces for sitting areas, etc. And the outside pool, kitchen and fireplace area are certainly a bonus! This is a winner for sure!

Beautiful home!!! One of the best you’ve toured!! Love the variety of tiles/colors in all the bathrooms!!! No tiling the same and great that the tile is ran up to ceiling!!! Primary BdR is wonderful/spacious. And that Grand chandelier is mind blowing!!! Love the entertainment room and the ‘gooney goft’ game outside of the entertainment room. 🙂Spacious yard!! The best thing is that your presentation is amazing. You make it all sound much better than it is. The house is nice and I love that particular gray and blue tile on one of the bathroom walls. The bedrooms are a decent size. Love the bedroom that has the two beds. Its nice. I don;t know why but the office has always been my favorite room and this one is nice, and large, though not my style. It is bright and beautiful. You said you had a big one & this home is huge. I have to say I like lower ceilings for a more cozy & homely feel, but that doesn’t take away from the beauty of this home. Also, there’s plenty of doors for one to have to remember to lock 🙂 I know it’s cosmetic, but I wasn’t crazy about the tile in the primary bdrm & the tile in one of the secondary bdrms where the tile from the floor extended up the tub. Overall, I like this home. 🤗❤️👍🏽

Beautiful home but after living in an open concept house years ago, we decided it was too open for us… It’s nice to have partial-open for those who want to stay in the kitchen & breakfast area, and those who want to stay in the family room with media area. The wet bar is its own room with a window that opens to the kitchen area, and another window that opens to the family room area. Both have glass doors to the deck and back yard. I think this partial-open plan is in more appealing now, especially after our experience with everyone being stuck at home with each other during the ‘vid lockdowns and having to work and study from home.

Very, very, very nice house!!!! I do wished they would've made the courtyard with a seating area. Love the front entrance into the great room. Kitchen looks amazing!!!! Love that they did the range in marble as well, pure luxury!!! The tub/shower in secondary bathroom with the twin beds is kind of a safety hazard and what if you want to bathe a infant/toddler it would be difficult to so with the glass pane in the way. Plus, stepping out of the tub with that setup is a falling hazard waiting to happen. The primary bedroom is simply delicious!!! Love how spacious it is. The shower is a perfect size imo!!! I've never understood why people want a shower big enough for 15+ people. Love the utility room with checkered floors (my favorite floor pattern) minus the forced front load washer situation. Love the sleek pulls on the cabinetry. I'm shocked that they didn't do a media room. I grade this house a 9.9/10. Ohhhhhh backyard is phenomenal!!!!!!

This Model Is Gorgeous....It's really Massive, especially for just a Single person or just me & my Daughter- However, I loved the Primary Suite, the Walk-In Closet. Wasn't a fan of the tile flooring in a few of the rooms, Utility room and bathrooms, I would change it. Just minor changes. And for me of Course the "HIGHLIGHT"... DRUM 🥁 ROLL ..That Lovely Spacious BACKYARD...👏🙌 and even though I'm not a fan of 'Infinity Pools', (preferring the traditional Structuring frame poolside) somehow, I did like this one, the Whole Space was HEAVEN Sent. Great showing, great job, thank you for posting. I found this showing to be the most interesting I've watched in some time (Highs and lows). I found the pic of this home to very enticing (A high) (The huge glass across the front of the home was a high). However, upon pressing play, as you approach, the enticement faded,(became a low), b/c I do not like the landscaping of the courtyard, and find it unnecessary as it serves no purpose (Alow). However, once you entered, I liked what it had to offer, the high tray ceilings, large retracting windows, allowing an abundance of natural light, kitchen cabinetry in contrast of the marble island, etc. I loved layout of the primary and the placement of the primary bath (I much prefer the bath to be in back of the bed or off to the side as you enter vs being visible from the bed it's self). The design of the primary closet is the best of ever seen (At this price point a his/her would be more favorable). While I like where the primary bath is situated, I did not care much for the tub in the bathroom and loved the decore of the shower but felt it was a bit small for the price point. loved the back yard patio and Infiniti pool. Overall, I liked the property but more as a vacation home vs. day-to-day (Even the tub in the primary bath was more inline of a hotel or vacation home than primary home.

Hey Marcus which iphone are you using to film with? I just started doing property tours. I'm using the 12 pro max and the footage is very noisy on the wide angle lens. Debating if I should just get a dedicated camera or upgrade to the next iphone coming out in September.

Great question, all of it is filmed on an iPhone 13 Pro. If you are going to upgrade, I would definitely wait for the newest one. All of them do a great job, but you may have to go into the settings and change it for better quality videos 👍🏼

This is a very nice one story home. The main drawback is the small kitchen eat in area. I’d use some of the covered porch for a nice formal dining area. Pantry is small for the $3.5 million price tag. Primary bathroom is nice to look at, but a nice size storage tower/towel closet would have been good. There’s an afterthought side tower going into the primary closet. Nowhere to put a towel rack. It’s like the builder deliberately didn’t pay attention to basic things- makes no sense.
