What a brilliant day you both had and the weather was fab. What a super flat in such a fabulous location. Love the outfits especially Iwan's shirts. Great dumpster finds they look from the sixties which is all back in fashion now, and being I spent my youth in the sixties. My weekend is much the same most weekends now I can no longer drive because of eye probs. Still I mustn't grumble there are people so much worse off than me. Have a super week ahead.

Agreed, I thought the decor was cold, with no personality, like it was done by someone who really didn’t care what it looked like. Very underwhelming. The daybed in the office reminded me of a cheap camping cot! If I had that kind of money, I certainly wouldn’t spend it on this flat.

Hello Iwan. Love the lovely shirts. Love the old legs, planter is a good idea but how about a cool footstool with some fab fabric? It was great seeing you and Luke together. I love the color greens and have them in my home. The built in wardrobes are really nice. Love the floors. The bedrooms look small for the price of the home. The roof terrace is amazing. Thank you, that was a full on blog this week! Love those bows from Paperchase, what a barg they were! The apartment for 5.5 million! Blimey I'd want to buy a small county for that!! What fun though you guys had exploring it. Late catching up this week, it was a biusy week end visiting my eldest son, his partner and my 6 year old graddaughter who lives in Southampton. Not seen them for 14 months so was a great day. Picnic overlooking the Solent and hvaing fun. Looking forward to catching up this week end, and seeing how your week has been. Great video as usual. The legs might as others have said come from old sideboard, record player unit or possibly from old footstool sewing boxes from early 60,s. I have one my parents had and legs look very similar. Large storage area under the lid but doubles up as footstool. Will take photo at some stage of it as it's still in original condition and stored at present with my belated mum's stuff. One day I will upcycle it back into use lol.....

Apologies for the late comment: I'm just a bit confused about the flat. Why only two easy chairs? I'd like my friends and rellies to come around so is there room for a sofa? Where would the tv go? (Hopefully not only in sea green bredroom) What's the sound proofing like considering there is a pub with an outside roof terrace just opposite? Why no extra bathroom/cloakroom upstairs? I'd be happy to loose the day bed area so that my guests could have a loo, rather than having them use one of the downstairs ensuites. Oh, have just thought, maybe the sea green bedroom is actually the tv lounge area to hang out with friends away from the pub noise? That aside it did look lovely, cool and airy and how fab that you guys got to use it for a photo shoot. Your white flowers (removed from brown paper) looked wonderful and, if this was not such a late comment, I'd suggest using your rope and the sofa legs to create bespoke scratching posts for your kittens, that, at the time you made this recording, you probably did not have. All this aside, you turned up in my aKZbin feed, I've never heard of you before or seen you before, but have to say that I'm enjoying watching your videos (your own roof terrace is a lovely, I adore your pot with the stems of wood that have flowered) and I like your playful cats. You are very engaging and interesting to listen too. I think that you have a new subscriber :) Best wishes.

That was a fabulous flat, but it looked very clinical. Do rich people really live like that? It needs a few flowers and plants in pots to make it look comfortably lived in.
