Wow! I love it! 556 is one of my favorite calibers to shoot and you guys just showed everyone it’s capable of more than anyone would have believed. It’s hard to beat for what the little cartridge does all around. Ridgeline and BlackArc taking over the game. I home you guys already got these in the hands of our troops down range.

Great video. Blackarc munitions is a great brand and big things are on the horizon for these guys. The consistency with their ammo at 1 mile is incredible. The combination of the NAS3 case and their projectile is a winning combination for sure. Great job guys at Ridgeline Defense - super informative.

This is very impressive. I have criticized your gun at length in previous comments, and still stand behind many of my critiques, but at the end of the day, that gun, ammo and shooter combo spoke for itself. You guys did build a quality rifle, no doubt about that, and that is certainly some impressive ammo. While I have critiqued your new rifle, I do love elements of it, like the knight's esque gas block design and partnering with proof research. Clearly the bolt is also well head spaced to get that kind of consistency, and then harmonically that semi monolithic system is doing it's job. It's amazing where we are at now with gas guns. Imagine what you guys could do if you built a reliable 6.5 creedmoor gas gun using what you've learned from this 556 project.

I just shot some black arc 77gr through several of my AR’s. Garmin Xero showed 200 fps faster than the lot of AAC 77gr OTM, but black arc SD was 20-30 fps out of everything and the AAC SD was less than 15 fps out of everything. Accuracy was better out of some guns and worse out of others compared to the AAC. .6-1.7 moa across everything I shot that day.

Blackarcs ammo is absolutely phenomenal. I love their 77 grain and just ordered the new 69 grain TMK load. What velocities were you getting with that 80.5 load?
