Very good foot work... this would help my stand up since I'm strictly on the ground. You make footwork look easy I learned something keep up the videos subscribe for life.

Hi Alex, Nice video. I noticed that you are using something on your left knee. Do you have a pain? I ask because I started to feel pain in my knee after exercise. Can you make a video with exercises to strengthen the knees? or exercises that help to reduce knee pain? Thanks.

I did have some knee problems but luckily it hasn't been bothering me lately! Will add that to my list of videos though!

Lots of this drills ar good for EDM dancing too xD Jokes aside, thanks for making this video, it really helps... I do a very interesting agility drill that is better for the other part of fight or flight reflex but it had the very interesting side efect of making my front kick back kick and sidekick strong enough to break an iron fence with them, or at least bend it with a single kick(with combat boots, not barefeet) what i do is runningwith weird patterns and very long steps...two steps foward, one to the side and repeat, then backwards, running in "s" shapes, zig zag with 3 steps in each direction, always moving foward and then backwards... One repetition each but on a 100m track... Now i can literally kick down an iron fence and outrun dogs(not because of my speed but because i can change direction faster than them, doing that enough means they cant catch me)

I would recommend going through all the drills 3-5 times. Basically doing like 3-5 rounds and each round = doing each drill once. Hope that helps!

Hi Alex, I am that newbie Taekwondo. In Monday up to Friday, how often should I train Taekwondo? I was ashamed because I lack of breath when practicing... I become weak... Should I train 3 to 5 days a week?

3 is good for beginner, then you can always do some stretching and cardio exercises on non TKD days. Once you start training more you won't get as tired so easy :)

Hi,. I have no one to work out with. Please show punches, kicks,ECT at CAMERA so I can see & COUNTER. Second, slow motion of full speed set up punches, kicks, with camera view on your right shoulder. Now, I'm a slow student on your right doing what you do. We all get confused & give up BECAUSE we can't see to understand & confusion makes me QUIT.
