I’m here from Auckland, New Zealand! Richard took it all to another level and at this audition, he never knew he’d become Americas Got Talent Winner❤ And as I write, I hear the loud music of “Coldplay” booming out down 6 blocks away, Mt Eden stadium. They were welcomed by our Indigenous Māori group. What a night it is. We had pelting rain all day and right up to the opening performance, the rain stopped 🎉

Sam’s song “tell me what makes you sad” was amazing. He actually quit right after this audition and didn’t move on. Wanted to remain with his group. However, his appearance brought him great fame which is what he needed at this time in his life. So glad he shared this with us. He should have got the gold buzzer.

I tried to buy a Nicotine Dolls CD , but sadly they dont put out their music on CDs. The lead singer was amazing singing Tell me What makes you sad. Simon tried to help Sam, but Sam would only go if his entire band was signed too. Simon refused, only wanting Sam the lead singer, so Sam left. He never should have gone on the show by himself if he didnt want to be the only one who shined. He should have gone on with his whole band if he wanted his whole band to get signed. He is an amazing singer and very cute. Too bad. He gave up the chance at greatness.

Sam Ceiri (Nicontine Dolls), could have won but he pulled out cause AGT wanted to change his stage name, the full version is so much better than this AGT short. Marty Ross was a crack up, such a funny man. Oh, Richard.....the little guy, the underdog, who won the hearts of millions, watched all his performaces and i cried when he won.

Richard Goodall was undeniably very good in this audition. But seriously, what makes him special? While it's a tiny percentage of the population, there are plenty of people who could sing it that well. He couldn't even pull off the really high notes, electing to sing those in a lower register.

Sorry. imma be that one person... Richard was not as good or as strong vocally like past performers.. I just think they are trying to make him more than what he is. Still gotta respect him for going for his dream and succeedibg. Not a bad singer just felt it wasn't Got talent top level.

I totally agree. I thought his audition was great, but his performances after were less deserving. 2024 had more talented performers that should have gone forward and eventually won. I wish Richard the very best, but it was far too predictable (and disappointing) this year.

Completely disagree & I trained in classical singing. As an untrained, 55 yr old singer, Richard shows incredible talent. If he’s that good at his age & lack of training, imagine what he could’ve been with coaching. He’s a lovely, humble man with a lot of innate musicality & talent. You’re very harsh in your assessment.
