5 Amazing Family Board Games Feat. KTBG

I had the great pleasure and honor of meeting and talking to the team from KTBG and Helaina Cappel at the Universal Distribution conference last weekend in Montreal :-) They make beautifull and very fun games :-) My favorite sushis are any friend ones and my favorite BG is Creature Comforts. I'm very happy to know I will soon get my full pledged KS of Maple Valley 🙂

I don't really have a favourite Sushi but do love KTBG for playing with the family. Our favourite is Power Plants and wainting to get our hands on Diced Vegies and Creature Comforts.

I don't like sushi and I have never played a KTBG game. I guess there is a first for everything. 🤷🏼‍♀️ If I were to pick one that peaks my interest the most, it would be Diced Veggies. I just love colorful, themed dice. Love these videos! Keep them coming guys.

For sushi, I usually get 2-3 rolls every time I go. One is always a basic tuna roll, and then I always try a more exotic and new game. I'm really excited for my KTBG games from the Maple Valley Kickstarter, where I added both Creature Comforts & Diced Veggies with my pledge. They are all just so cute!

At one of my local sushi restaurant they had a roll called the "bear bait roll" which is my favorite roll. inside: salmon, tempura, crab, avocado, cream cheese outside: baked salmon. Haven't tried any KTBG games but super interested in diced veggies.

We just played Creature Comforts for the first time this past weekend. I thought it would be a good time to help some cute little critters get ready for the colder weather since it's that time of year. It was a hit! So coincidental this video comes out when it did because I was just wondering about other KTBG games. I think we will get Diced Veggies when it shows up at retail. We don't like sushi, unfortunately, but we do love our veggies 🙂

Veggie dragon roll is one I could eat all day long, but if I really want a treat, the spicy avocado sushi pizza is an extra special go-to! And my family's favourite KTBG game has to be Power Plants! It's definitely one of the prettiest games we own

Jeff's very delayed "Look how cute...video and music plays for over a minute...that cover is!" Hahaha loved it! I'm not a big fan of sushi and actually haven't had the chance to play any KTBG games, but I also backed Maple Valley and added a copy of Creature Comforts to my pledge and can't wait to play both of them. I love the theme of Creature Comforts as well as the fact that all player interactions are positive and you can only help other people, sounds like our kind of game!

I have so many KTBG games on my wishlist! Call me weird but my favorite sushi is Banana tempura - deep fried banana, white fish and avocado on the inside. Spicy snow crab, eel sauce and honey on the top. Yum!

The fact that you guys rate diced veggies nearly equivalently with creature comforts really bumps up my interest level for diced veggies. Not a big fan of sushi, BUT I love Creature Comforts, so crunchy and cute! #giveaway (also can't wait for Maple Valley to show up)

I backed Maple Valley and also got Creature Comforts in the campaign, so excited to get those when they arrive. Honestly I always forget what the name of the sushi’s I like haha, but pretty much any of them. Even the basic California Roll is good with me, but I do like the ones that have the crunchies on the outside.

My favorite sushi is Shrimp Tempora or else a Dragon Roll. Unfortunately, central Pennsylvania isn't exactly a hotbed of quality sushi so it's kind of hard to get good stuff here. As for KTBG games, my son and I enjoy Fossilis and Diced Veggies. I also enjoyed Creature Comforts and wish I had known about the Maple Valley game back when it was on Kickstarter.

I had never actually tried sushi until my wife and I started rolling our own at home for date night dinners. So I eat whatever she buys to put in them haha, often crab I guess. We have not gotten to play KTBG yet but Creature Comforts has been on our want list, might have to add some of these others too!

I recently had a campfire roll (baked spicy tuna roll) from Nonstop Sushi & Sake Bar Marina Del Rey, Wow, not only a SHOW of a presentation but also an explosion of flavors, all the while feeling cozy like a campfire. so good. I love Diced Veggies too.

We LOVE Creature Comforts! Bought it at our friendly local board game store, Just Games. We can't eat sushi because of food allergies but Wasabi looks great. We'd like to get Haunt the House and now I want to get Fossilis too! Thanks for the great video.

Great video. I haven’t played any of these games. I need to try creature comfort. I don’t have kids but I am lucky that my nephew and niece are nice enough to play board games with their aunt every Thursday. And they love sushi! My favourite type of sushi has to be these amazing salmon roses from a local restaurant. The rice is always slightly dry but they add a little bit of caviar on top and that makes us feel ultra fancy ^^, KTBG games are hard to come by here in South Africa (most boardgames are) but these look absolutely wonderful!

I was hoping you'd mention Haunt the House and you diiiid! I found it at a thrift store recently and snagged it right up. Had never heard of it but love Creature Comforts and just the whole vibe of KTBG, so I decided it was a safe bet. There's a fan made solo mode on BGG that I might try out. Love sweet potato tempura sushi, mmm... so good. Only KTBG game I have is Creature Comforts, but my daughter and I love it; I even play it solo its so darn cute. Its hard to find games that both my 9 and 6 yr old can play together with such different skill levels, so I'm hoping to try out Diced Veggies- it might be fun for all.

Funny, a first for trying two things - several years ago I tried sushi (it was a typical California Roll nothing special) though it wasn’t for me - maybe I should give sushi another chance; and more recently we received our copy of Haunt the House from KTBG - my daughter and I are excited for our first try at scaring some ghost hunters.

Fun list, unfortunately Creature Comforts seems to be sold out for a reasonable price. My son is going to be 5 soon, so looking to get more options for him that we would like to play as well. Another I'm considering is My Lil Everdell. As far as sushi goes... just had a crazy girl roll which was similar to a deep fried crab roll with jalapeño on top.
