Julia, we just moved from AZ to Missouri. Your cookbook was the only one I didn’t pack and brought with me in the car! I was a flight attendant for many years and we always loved to get green chili chicken soup in the ABQ airport. Back then you couldn’t get green chilies anywhere but New Mexico. Hey Julia, I made your crockpot beef Stroganoff recipe yesterday for Sunday's dinner and my wife and I was completely and utterly blown away by it's flavor. This was the best we've ever tasted of this dish. The meat was so tender it literally felt like it melted in our mouth's. I will definately be making this recipe again and again. Pro tip for the Alfredo sauce: it will declare easier if you add the chicken broth first, right after you cook the chicken. The cool broth on the hot pan will lift up those brown bits much easier than the cream will.
