Delicious...AGAIN! I have a question about the gnocchi, I've never bought it before so I thought maybe you might know the answer, Does it freeze well? If it does then I can pick some up when it's on special and tuck it away in the freezer until I'm ready to use it.

The gnocchi is shelf stable and lasts quite a long time in its package. Once it’s cooked, I think it freezes well!

Food looks great. Any alternatives for the white wine? Also an alternate option for the gnocchi because it’s hard finding a gluten free one? I would love to make all these recipes! Thanks in advance🙂

I am starting to see gluten-free gnocchi in grocery stores more and more, perhaps you could find on Amazon? To substitute white wine, I would use either a non-alcohol white wine, or an equivalent amount of chicken stock with a couple of teaspoons of vinegar. Thanks for watching!

@ Thanks for the reply. I did see the gnocchi on Amazon but the distribution center in my area gives a lot of expired foods so I don’t really buy them on there and I haven’t found any gf ones in the stores in my area, I’ve looked before so I’ll skip that recipe or use the sauce as a gravy for mashed potatoes. Thanks again!
