Yeah. I found your videos from a Firefly guitar review. I am a bassist that is getting into guitar slowly. Only 1 bass I own was more than $400. So for sure any guitars above that price point weren't worth looking at to me. Now I own 3 guitars; a Squier Tele, a Firefly Strat, and a Firefly Baritone. Keep up the great videos. You'll pretty much always get a view from me. Oh, and that purple guitar is gorgeous... if the price is right my guitar collection might end up larger than my bass collection...

I first found you earlier this year, when I was comparing the Joyo Ebow ripoff to the real thing. In that video you said something like 'leave me a comment saying "Thanks, Danzig", if you found this video helpful.' ...and I instantly subscribed. I did indeed then go on to purchase the Joyo Ebow. It was something to do with the bridge of one of one of one of the guitars he reviewed recently or it could have been awhile ago and I came across the same thoughts about the bridge, but I would like to go back and revisit that video and I think I might have had a change of mind more than an open mind about the bridge on that particular guitar which I'd love to look more into. I'm betting my house that guitar is his signature HB in purple, the angle in the upper part of the headstock at the height of the second tunning machine, the floyd rose, the humbucker and double rail configuration and no inlay fingerboard gives it away.

Years ago, maybe late 90's, I met a dude who made a living playing music and toured and all that. A monster bass player. The guy was in his mid 40's at the time. And from what I heard....he was considering quitting music and getting a day job because he had no healthcare, no retirement and was not paying into Social Security. Granted, that was way before the healthcare reform and anybody can qualify now. But that was a reality check that music and the arts don't pay the bills or protect your future, unless you end up in a famous band and make millions. It's a trip that today you can make a living off the internet.

Wow only $99 that’s a great price! Well worth it I’m sure! I’ll be considering this. See about 6 years ago I stopped watching most sources of media. And I just watch KZbin. I got premium so I don’t have to deal with adds. No Netflix, or any other media service. With KZbin I can give my attention to real people like you and many others. Also buy merch from actual people not giant corporations. So after years of watching KZbin I’m thinking about starting a channel. Not sure what the topic would be. Possibly how to make money in the trades as a carpenter, I’m doing really well with my sole proprietor LLC. So much freedom and money. Could also be about nutrition. Or even music as I have a music room with guitars and just got my first set of drums.

Your channel is successful because you've found an audience. How did you do that? You cover a niche topic in a market with a large audience, post regularly, have good production value (are well spoken, have well filmed and well edited videos) and have a pleasant disposition (i.e., you don't take the comments too seriously).

Thank you! Well, the simple answer is I found an audience by talking about things that people are interested in, and therefor, searching for on KZbin. Part of the trick is figuring out what a lot of people are interested in and looking for, and then making a video about that.
