The link in the description is in the “Resources for your Art Journey” section, the first subsection “Colour Palette and Base”. Click the link, you’ll go to her site for this tutorial. At the end of the cute and informative read you’ll find in BOLD all three links for the base and colour palette. I suggest Chrome if you’re having issues, otherwise the default Safari should work just fine.

You do wonderful work BUT, your lessons are definitely not for beginners, despite the simplicity of the paintings in the current work. For example, when you outline the body with dry ink PERFECTLY JUST PERFECTLY EVEN, which can be done either by a person with extensive drawing experience or by a genius. And then I take it and do it the same way and everything is crookedly askew... thanks for the lesson for beginners... (no)
